In this Ask A Dev, Android engineer Kris Peña gives us a taste of all the discussions and product demos that took place at this year's Big Android BBQ in Dallas, TX.

Peña begins with an apology to everyone who couldn't make it to this year's event. According to her, it was "the biggest and best one yet." She supports her claim by recapping Colt McAnlis's keynote, giving a quick overview of the breadth of topics that were covered, and sharing the insights that will stay with her longer than all that stick-to-your-ribs barbecue.
