What will Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella’s visit to India bring?

MUMBAI, India—Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, is coming to India this week to make multiple announcements. The India-born CEO will be presenting a keynote at the Future Unleashed event in Mumbai on Nov. 5, the first of its kind event organized by Microsoft and its biggest ever in India. The event coincides with the 25 year anniversary of Microsoft in India.

Nadella's visit comes a month after Microsoft's three data centers went live in India, which he had promised last year after he took over the CEO role. His keynote, titled The Empowered Leader, will touch on how Microsoft's local data centers in India are benefiting its partners and consumers as well as focus on some local cloud-based innovations that are addressing issues related to health and education in India.
