Dell unveils XPS 12, the world's first 2-in-1 with a 4K display

PCs are a hot commodity again thanks to the success of Windows 10. Convertibles or "Ultrabets" (Ultrabook and tablet hybrids), as some call them, are more attractive than ever, thanks to groundwork laid down by Microsoft's Surface Pro.

Dell's joining in on the fun with the XPS 12, a new 2-in-1 convertible PC with a 12.5-inch 4K InfinityEdge display that transforms between tablet and laptop mode.

At 2.8 pounds, the XPS 12 is ultra lightweight — not as light as the new MacBook, which is only two pounds, but still light enough to toss in your bag and not feel it on your shoulders. Read more...
