The new Roku 4 will help you find 4K content to watch on your 4K TV

Picking a set-top box just became a little tougher.

There's the new Apple TV coming out this month, Amazon's updated Fire TV with 4K video support, and now Roku's joining the set-top box update cycle with its new Roku 4 media streaming box that supports 4K video streaming.

The new $129.99 Roku will be out in October and is noticeably wider and flatter than the Roku 3. It's powered by a quad-core processor and runs the new Roku OS 7, which will also roll out to the rest of the Roku family this month.
