Google announces Google Music Family Plan
At its big Nexus event Tuesday, Google introduced some updates to Google Music, including a new family plan.
For $14.99 a month, up to six people in a household can have unlimited access to streaming music and accessing their own Google Music libraries.
Basically, this is identical to Apple Music's family plan, which launched in June.
Of course, a nice thing about Google Music is that it works on the web, iOS, Android and on set-top boxes such as Roku and Nexus Player.
Spotify and Rdio also offer family streaming plans, but they aren't as affordable as the offerings from Apple and now Google. Read more...
