Someone in Portland is shaming Volkswagen diesel owners

As if Volkswagen diesel owners didn't have enough to feel bad about, someone in Portland has left at least one inflammatory note on the windshield of a VW car.

Posted on the Lardo restaurant Instagram account, the note attacks the owner over the car's tailpipe emissions, asking them, "Perhaps it's time to consider a different car?"

A quick search of the Internet doesn't bring up any similar threads. Still, it's unlikely a Lardo employee would go to such lengths for a hoax. But the note states some dubious pollutant figures. Read more...
