Parrot Zik 3 headphones get smartwatch upgrade

BERLIN — Parrot's ultra-stylish Philippe Starck-designed Bluetooth headphones are getting a digital upgrade.

The latest model, called Zik 3, looks very much like the last edition, but this one adds adaptive noise canceling and the ability to play music direct from wearable devices like the Apple Watch and Android Wear devices. The new headphones were unveiled Friday morning at IFA 2015.

There are a couple of small design enhancements. The head band was widened for comfort, it's still adjustable, and there's now an overstitch design which Parrot hopes will appeal to women.
