How Qualcomm is trying hard to get noticed — with a 'Mythbusters'-like web series

There is a decent chance Qualcomm is part of your life, even if you don't know it.

Its products are in many Android smartphones, connected cars, healthcare products, Wi-Fi routers and wearables. Yet even now, Qualcomm isn't a household name

Qualcomm created a web series called Invent Off to combat this issue.

Invent Off isn't trying to appeal to as wide an audience as, say, Mythbusters, but it's not terribly far removed from it either

Here's the premise: Two teams of four inventors/coders/artists are given a bunch of Qualcomm products including Arduino Yuns, Snapdragon processors, near-field communications (NFC) chips and smartphones, tablets and wearables that employ Qualcomm tech.
