Snapchat hires media executive to take Discover to next level

Snapchat is doubling down on Discover, the startup's content platform, by hiring James Veraldi as head of strategy and partnerships

Veraldi, who started at Snapchat in July, reports to head of media Nick Bell and brings with him seven years of business development experience. The University of Notre Dame graduate served as senior vice president of strategy and business development for Fullscreen, a Culver City-based media company that helps people create online video content for platforms like YouTube
