Now you can only share Amazon Prime with one adult, four kids
Amazon has quietly changed the way Prime members users can share benefits with family members.
Previously, any subscriber to Amazon's $100-a-year service could extend the free two-day shipping option to up to four other people — who didn't actually have to live at the same address. Now the whole service is limited to one other adult and up to four children
For the first time, at least, this includes Amazon Prime video.
Until August 1, friends were able to share the free shipping benefit with family members — or close friends who feel like family — who don't actually reside in the same house.
