Sony's RX100 IV falls short in the age of the excellent smartphone camera

The only way for a point-and-shoot to stand out and earn your hard-earned money is to come armed to the teeth with high-tech features your phone doesn't have. And for the last four years, Sony's been doing just that with its RX100 point-and-shoot series.
