Google Chromecast ethernet adapter quietly goes on sale, sells out immediately

Google Chromecast is a solid little device that plugs into your TV and allows video streaming from computers and mobile devices, but it's only as good as your Wi-Fi network. Now, the company has a new ethernet adapter to fix that — if you can find it.

As first reported in Android Police, Google quietly launched the $15 ethernet adapter for its Chromecast video streaming dongle via its Google Store on Wednesday.
