Court rules: Workers who use medical marijuana after hours can befired

Although marijuana is legal to purchase both for medical and recreational use in Colorado under state law, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled today that marijuana users can be fired from their jobs for using marijuana - even for medical reasons and outside of work hours.
