Women rarely speak at Apple keynotes. Tim Cook wants to change that.

Apple passed a new milestone during the keynote presentation at its World Wide Developers Conference Monday. Not for any of the new products it unveiled or metrics it announced but for who was onstage.

For the first time in company history, two women crossed the Moscone Center stage during the keynote: Jennifer Bailey, vice president of worldwide online stores, and Susan Prescott, vice president of of product management and marketing
