'Minecraft' creators to compete in the first annual 'Builder Bowl'

Wouldn't it be great if you could share the elaborate Minecraft monorail network you spent weeks building with the world?

The Immersive Education Initiative now has a platform for content creators to do just that, with the first annual Minecraft Builder Bowl tournament kicking off in June. Small teams will submit their creations to be judged, with the championship rounds set to play out in September at the Immersion 2015 summit in Paris, France.

The Minecraft Builder Bowl is the first of what's meant to be an annual competition aimed at fostering growth in the development of immersive technology content.
