Google may launch 2 Nexus phones from LG and Huawei this year

Google will reportedly break with tradition this year and release not one but two Nexus-branded Android smartphones.

According to Android Police, Google has contracted LG and Huawei to produce Nexus smartphones in two display sizes.

LG's Nexus, codenamed "Angler," is said to have a 5.2-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor (possibly the same as the one in the G4) and a 2,700 milliamp-hour (mAh) battery.

Huawei's Nexus is codenamed "Bullhead" and is rumored to sport a larger 5.7-inch, Snapdragon 810 processor and a massive 3,500 mAh battery. Read more...
