Acer's adorable little Revo One mini PC takes on the Mac Mini

The beefy Liquid X2 Android smartphone, Liquid Leap fitness trackers and new lineup of tablets and laptops were the highlights of Acer's big spring event on Thursday, but tucked away in one corner of its showroom atop 4 World Trade Center in New York City was the bubbly little Revo One mini PC.

The Windows 8.1 PC's 4.19 x 4.19 x 6.1-inch size gives the impression that it's a machine with little power, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Through its HDMI and Mini DisplayPort, the Revo One is capable of outputting a 4K Ultra high definition picture and 7.1-channel surround sound.
