Burberry Launches Twitter-Based Calendar Invites

Fashion brand Burberry used Twitter's Cards feature to let users subscribe to the brand's calendar, an addition that other brands could potentially use to cultivate an engaged following on the platform

Cards, which Twitter introduced in 2012, lets developers add multimedia experiences to their tweets. A June 16 Burberry tweet included an "add to calendar" feature that works with most calendar apps:
