Store Abandons 'Anti-Homeless' Spikes After Citizens Protest

"Anti-homeless" spikes sighted around London have sparked outrage from ordinary citizens and the city's mayor

Panels of one-inch metal spikes were first spotted outside of luxury apartments near London Bridge before they were also seen outside a Tesco store on Regent Street. The spikes are supposedly designed to prevent homeless people from using those spaces to sleep, and organizations have either removed them or are under pressure to do so after protests against the spikes have caught the public's attention
