Oh, Memories: 25 Songs Used in 'Orange Is the New Black' Season 2

"Everything is different the second time around," sings Regina Spektor during the opening credits of Orange Is the New Black — just like the show's music in Season 2.

Her "You’ve Got Time" theme song, written specifically for Netflix's prison comedy series, sets the tone for every episode. But this sophomore season showcased even more spectacular song selections that added emotional power to certain scenes.

In the first episode, when imprisoned lead character Piper Chapman had no clue why guards put her on a plane or where she was going, Andrew Bird's instrument-laden "Pulaski at Night" kicked in just as handcuffed Piper saw the Chicago skyline from her airplane seat.
