Top Twitter Exec Leaves The Nest, But Growing Pains Remain

Twitter can't reignite growth without cracking a few egg shells, or at least that appears to be the company's approach.

Just in the first half of this year, Twitter's head of product, head of engineering and now its chief operating officer have stepped down from their positions at the company. Each time, the language Twitter used to announce their departures was the same: an executive stepping down or resigning to take on an "advisory role" before ultimately leaving the company.
