Hacker Who Revealed George W. Bush Paintings Gets 4 Years in Prison

The hacker who became famous for revealing President George W. Bush's artistic side by leaking pictures of some of his paintings is going to spend at least four years in a Romanian prison for his exploits.

Marcel Lazar Lehel, 42, better known by his online moniker Guccifer, was sentenced on Friday in Romania for hacking into the private email account of Romania's secret service chief George Maior, according to news reports

As part of his hacking exploits, Lehel broke into the email accounts of various high-profile victims — not just the former President, but also actors Steve Martin and Rupert Everett, editor Tina Brown, and many more.
