Swiss Chocolates Now Come With Edible Holograms

The Swiss chocolate-making dates to the 17th Century. Now a chocolatier in Switzerland is taking the candy into the future. Lausanne-based Morphotonix has found a way to etch microstructures into chocolate that refract light to produce holographic images. No stickers, no additives, no paint. The holograms work similar to those etched into credit cards, except these are edible.
