Donald Sterling Lawyers Up, Refuses to Pay NBA Fine

Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has informed the National Basketball Association that he does not accept his lifetime ban and refuses to pay the $2.5 million fine levied against him.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver recently issued the ban and fine against Sterling after recordings of Sterling making racist comments were revealed to the public.
