Nextdoor CEO Nirav Tolia Faces Hit-and-Run Charges in San Francisco

Nextdoor CEO Nirav Tolia, whose company provides a social network platform for neighborhoods, is facing felony hit-and-run charges after allegedly causing an accident last August that resulted in injuries for another driver

NBC Bay Area reported the felony charges, which are being filed by San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe. Tolia is also facing a civil lawsuit from San Francisco resident Patrice Motley

Wagstaffe told NBC that Tolia, who has no criminal record, will be served with the felony paperwork in the mail. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of three years in state prison, according to Bloomberg Businessweek Read more...
