Three Dead in Shootings at Jewish Centers in Kansas

Three people are dead and a "person of interest" is in custody after two separate shootings were reported at Jewish-related locations in Overland Park, Kan., a spokesperson from the Overland Park Police Department confirmed to Mashable

The first shooting was reported around 1 p.m. ET at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City, according to KCTV, a CBS affiliate in Kansas City, Mo. The second shooting occurred at Village Shalom, an assisted-living center, around 1.7 miles away
