Court Orders Turkey to Lift Twitter Ban

A Turkish court on Wednesday ordered the government to lift its Twitter ban, according to reports.

The ruling from an Ankara administrative court asks Turkey's telecommunications authority (TIB) to restore access to Twitter, but it's still unclear when Turks will be able to access Twitter freely again. The TIB can appeal the decision, but it should comply with it in the meantime, according to the local newspaper Hurriyet Daily News.
