Moto 360 Smartwatch: What We Know and What We Don't

Motorola shared more details of the upcoming Moto 360, the company's first proper smartwatch, in a Google Hangout on Wednesday.

During the interview, Jim Wicks, the lead designer on the Moto 360, offered insight into the story behind the watch's design and answered some questions about the device itself.

The design

The watch band will be interchangeable. Wicks said that it was important for Motorola to learn from other products (an indirect knock at the Galaxy Gear) and make sure the watch could be personalized to the user. Wicks said the band was designed so it could be easily swapped out. Read more...
