Sammy Screamer Is a Movement Sensor for High-Tech Parenting

Calling all parents: Keeping track of personal items in your home — especially those that young kids are prone to lose — just got easier, thanks to movement sensor Sammy Screamer.

BleepBleeps, a company that develops high-tech devices to "make parenting easier," created Sammy Screamer to help moms and dads track items at home.

To use Sammy, users simply place it on the item they want tracked. If the item gets moved, Sammy screams, and sends a push notification to their smartphone. For example, if Sammy is on a jar of cookies, and a child tries to eat some before dinner, the device sounds an alarm and sends a push notification to the user/parent. Read more...
