By now, we all know about the overnight success and subsequent demise of Flappy Bird

Although the app is gone, those who miss the rage-inducing fowl don't have far to go for addictive alternatives and spinoffs. Of them, Flappy Bird Typing Tutor may just be the best. Or worst (depending on your perspective).

The web-based Flappy Bird Typing Tutor is part Flappy Bird, part typing game. Its basic premise is the same as the original: Keep the bird alive and in the air, while avoiding pipes. But rather than perfectly timing taps on a screen, players must perfectly time keystrokes that correspond to text above the game.
