Madonna Set to Perform at Grammys

It's official: Madge is heading to the Grammy stage

The Recording Academy confirmed Friday that Madonna will perform at the 56th Annual Grammys on Sunday, rounding out an already star-studded set of performances

The seven-time Grammy winner has been hinting at the news on her Instagram since Thursday, sparking several rumors

The 55-year-old singer previously performed at the Grammy Awards in 2006 and 1999
