The Race Is On to Create as Many 'Candy' Games as Possible

Candy

A group of independent game developers, upset over the Candy Crush Saga creator trademarking the word "candy," are on a mission to make as many games including "candy" as possible — as quickly as possible.

Two developers launched The Candy Jam on Tuesday, a period of time during which developers must complete a game before Feb. 4. The games must involve candies and consider using terms like "saga" in the game's title or description "for bonus points."
