Vensette's App Brings Hair and Makeup Stylists to Your Door

On-demand beauty service Vensette expanded its service this week by rolling out an iOS app.

The concept is similar to Uber, but rather than a fleet of drivers, Vensette employs an army of specially trained hair stylists and makeup artists who are ready to meet clients around New York City. The company previously only offered its services via a web-based app.

To use Vensette, users choose a look from a curated menu of hair and makeup styles; the company then sends a uniformed hair stylist or makeup artist to their door.
