Clever Gets $10 Million From Sequoia To Provide A Standardized API For School Data

Clever-Logo-BlueClever launched last summer to provide a standardized API for K-12 schools which will allow them to unlock and share data with each other and with outside developers. Over the past year and a half, the startup has managed to get 10,000 schools signed up to use its tools. But to grow that number even more, the company has raised $10 million in funding led by Sequoia Partners.
