'Preacher' Comic May Turn Into AMC Show Starring Seth Rogen

AMC's next huge show could come from yet another comic book. The TV network that brought you The Walking Dead has reportedly ordered the pilot episode for a series based on Preacher, a supernatural tale from DC Comics

Preacher details the gritty life of Jesse Custer, a small-town religious figure who is possessed by the offspring of an angel and a demon named Genesis, filling him with a mix of pure good and evil. When the unnatural spirit was born, God abandoned Heaven and creation, and now this Texas preacher is off to find him.
