Apparently, the U.S. government has no idea how much it will cost to fix the malfunctioning, multi-million-dollar federal healthcare e-commerce website, Healthcare.gov. During ongoing Congressional testimony to the House Oversight Committee, David Powner, the director of IT management at the Government Accountability Office, was asked how much it will cost to fix the website. "We're kind of blind to that," he replied.
