Glitchy HealthCare.gov Unlikely to Work by Nov. 30 Deadline

The bad news for President Obama's online insurance marketplace HealthCare.gov keeps coming. The site, which has been riddled with bugs and glitches since its Oct. 1 launch, won't be fixed by the end of November, as the White House and top officials promised.

According to the Post's source, the website can't handle traffic when 20,000 to 30,000 people log on simultaneously, and CGI Federal, the company behind the site's development, has only fixed 60% of the bugs. Read more...
