Saturn, Earth, Mars and Venus Appear in One Incredible Photo

NASA's Cassini orbits Saturn, but its latest image captures the whole galactic gang. The agency released a natural color image from the spacecraft on Tuesday that features Saturn, its moons and rings, Earth, Venus and Mars, all in one shot

The photo is a mosaic of 141 wide-angle images taken over a span of more than four hours while the planets, moons and stars were all moving relative to Cassini. NASA colorized the photo to show how the scene would look to the human eye. Spanning 404,880 miles across Saturn and its inner rings, the view stretches all the way to Saturn's second outermost ring, which is wide enough to comfortably fit the distance between Earth and our moon.
