Photo Challenge: Show Us an Image of Time

Clocks play an important role in our busy lives — they represent our concept of time and help us stay on schedule. And in the current era of technology, many have gone digital. 

You might use your radio alarm clock to wake up in the morning, or maybe a kitchen timer as a productivity tool throughout the day. And you probably pull out your smartphone or glance at the upper right corner of your computer screen to check the time every now and then.

For this week's round of the Mashable Photo Challenge, we want you to illustrate this often-clichéd object in a new, interesting and unusual way. You could try light painting with the glowing red or green numbers on your alarm clock, or recreate a digital timer using other objects like paper, Christmas lights or candles.
