LinkedIn App to Offer Details About Who's Emailing You

LinkedIn announced a handful of new mobile products Wednesday, including a new email plugin for iOS that will help users see more detail about people they receive emails from

The new product, called LinkedIn Intro, shows a short bio of the email sender directly in the receiver's inbox. The bio includes a small thumbnail photo of the sender and his or her title. Clicking on the photo will release a drop down menu with more detail on the sender from their LinkedIn profile
