Travel app startup, TourPal, has just closed a $1 million+ Series A, with investment coming from a group of private angels for its offline travel maps app that includes downloadable (paid) audio tours for hundreds of global destinations. The startup had previously raised a small seed, of circa $100,000, also from private angels.
