L.J. Hoes is a rookie for the Houston Astros, who you may know as the worst team in baseball and the squad that gave us the unbelievably hilarious butt-slide last week.

Hoes — like football player Jake Butt — also has the type of last name that appeals to folks with a certain sense of humor. Apparently fans on Twitter sometimes tease him about said surname, which on Monday night led to one of the better back-and-forths between athlete and troll that we've ever witnessed.
