Tesco Unveils 7-Inch Hudl Tablet in the UK

UK retail chain Tesco has launched its own 7-inch tablet called the Hudl.

Retailing for £119 ($191), the Hudl has a 7-inch, 1,440x900 pixel screen, a quad-core 1.5GHz processor, 16GB of storage (expandable via a microSD memory card), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a battery that — according to Tesco — lasts nine hours

The device, which comes with stock Android 4.2.2, is quite a bit cheaper than Amazon's Kindle Fire HD, which retails for £159 ($255) in the UK and Google's Nexus 7, which retails for £199 ($320) in the UK.
