Claire Danes surprised Lena Dunham on the Emmys red carpet Sunday evening, photobombing her on live television. Danes snuck up behind Dunham while the Girls actress was in an interview with Ryan Seacrest

Dunham seemed beyond excited to see the Homeland star, quickly reaching and hugging her on camera
