Brooklynite Keizo Shimamoto debuted the "ramen burger" at the city's Smorgasburg food festival in early August. It's essentially just a burger on a bun made of ramen noodles — and just like the preceding cronut, it's become a lusted-after novelty for food porn addicts everywhere.
