Yahoo Now Distributing Recycled Usernames

That elusive username you've always dreamed of may finally be within reach.

Yahoo has officially begun distributing recycled usernames. The move is part of a project announced in July to deactivate Yahoo accounts that haven't been used in the past year, making them available for others. Invitations are now being rolled out to those who had created a wish list of usernames before an Aug. 7 deadline.
