Larry Ellison: Apple Is in Trouble Without Steve Jobs

Larry Ellison, the billionaire founder of Oracle and longtime friend of Steve Jobs, seems to believe Apple is in trouble now that Jobs isn't around to lead the company.

During an interview with Charlie Rose on CBS This Morning, Rose asked Ellison about the future of Apple in the post-Jobs era. His rather grim response: "We already know."

"We conducted the experiment," he said, presumably referring to the period in the 80s and 90s when Jobs was pushed out of the company and Apple's business suffered. "I mean, it's been done. We saw Apple with Steve Jobs. We saw Apple without Steve Jobs. We saw Apple with Steve Jobs. Now we're going to see Apple without Steve Jobs." Read more...
