Android 4.3 introduces a number of new features. First is multi-user support, something owners of the Kindle Fire have had for a while. Users can now share the same device, seeing different apps and with different settings. Part and parcel of multi-user support is restricted profiles, intended as a parental-control feature, where some users have access to only selected apps.
