The Simpsons to Appear on 'Family Guy' Episode in 2014

Fans of Fox shows "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" are in for a very special treat: A crossover edition is coming soon.

According to a Variety report, the two series will be teaming up for one episode that will include the Griffin clan visiting Springfield, the hometown of the Simpsons. Although we don't know the date just yet, it's said to be in the works for fall 2014

The report teased a few details about what to expect for the episode: "Stewie develops an obsession with Bart, while Peter and Homer have a debate over who has the better beer (Pawtucket vs. Duff)."
