Yahoo Forces Secretive FISA Court To Disclose 2008 PRISM Case

Yahoo won a small legal battle on Monday against the secretive surveillance court that oversees the far-reaching snooping programs revealed by Edward Snowden

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC or FISA Court) ruled that the United States government must disclose details of the 2008 case in which Yahoo challenged a surveillance order, and lost — effectively forcing its participation in the NSA's PRISM program
